According to the BBC’s Budget Calendar, I will be better off, thanks to George Osborne.
That’s the good news. It is only because my earnings have been quite a bit lower than usual that I will especially benefit from the increase in personal allowances.
I wonder if the Chancellor will be making the pilgrimage to the Bilderberg Conference again this year to get more instructions from the globalist cabal on how best to destroy the rest of our economy.
Stewart,
You will not be better off if you have a car, or use electricity, or gas, or eat food.
You will be considerably worse off, this time next year. I’d put money on it, but not that Sterling rubbish. Kroner only, thank you very much.
I’m soaking up the moment, English.
Have you considered the effect of 5.5% inflation?
Have you considered the fact that 5.5% is a lie, and the figure is in fact close to 8%?
It’s no good having more cash this year than last, if it buys less potatoes. (Or Scotch, but I know you’ve cried off that. Good man).
Congratulations Stewart
Don’t fret on the pennies… ye canny take it with ye.

And that is why the public continues to vote in an endless stream of twats and incompetents. They can not see further than the 2% “rise” in their pay packet. (Ie, the “Government will be stealing 2% less from your hard earned).
Hey Stewart,
Totally O/T, but as you don’t like the comments section littered with O/T banter between posters, why not add a chat-room to your blog, then those that wish to ‘joust’ after making an initial comment on one of your posts can do so.
Then everybody’s happy
Stewart,
Have you tried to unmod me?
Why can FR use the word T***, but I can’t say boo to a goose.
Robbo swears frequently, but his posts are not modded.
Please do something, as having a post appear 4 hours after I posted a reply is useless.
PS. Do you really think Carvath is OK? Or are you just trying to put up a unified front?
FT,
I don’t have a car. I don’t really need one at the moment. But even so, prices are going to rise and swamp my meagre gain anyway.
I honestly don’t know what it will take for the masses to see through the left/right paradigm.
English,
I had thought about opening a special page for talking with and about Richard!!!
A chat room? That’s going to be hard work for me if I can’t sort out the modding on your comments.
FT got away with that particular word because I obviously didn’t add it to the list of words for the automatic thingy to detect and hold for moderation.
So I guess if you really, really want to say it, it might sneak through.
Mummy, he said “bum”, but I’m not allowed to say “poo”!!
LOL!
English,
There seem to be peculiar goings on, but who am I to judge another?
Stewart,
John 7 v 24.
Judging of noobs is not prohibited.
BTW Where is the bitch?
Surely he does not fear an old man?
Maiden Rool?
What a nob, if he thinks Maiden are heavy.
PS Please don’t mod me for ‘nob’.
Stewart isn’t judgements on others in one form or another the basis of every comment you make, be it their opinions or actions?
Stewart,
If you peruse the comments from “Why is the Liberal Conspiracy” blah, blah, blah, you might find something interesting. Check your mail, also.
If you really want to change things, if you really want to butt heads, I’m game.
I could be wrong (it has been known) but I think that you will probably wish you hadn’t bothered.
I am not so big that I cannot admit a wrong, but neither so small that I will not continue to think a good thing, good.
lionheart,
Are you talking to me?
If so, no.
Lionheart,
Yes and no. I’m not trying to make myself look better than anyone else. I think English gets carried away at times.
Im £487.82 worse off, hmmmmmm, whats is it with the X87.82?
sorry, XX7.82!
