After a young friend “liked” Wiz Khalifa on Facebook, a foul-mouthed rapper who promotes drug use, I felt the need to “like” him myself so I could leave this comment on his page:

Here’s the deal – the government makes drugs illegal to hike up the price on the black market, then they ship in the drugs and their friends in the music industry hire artists to advertise their product.

Clever scam, isn’t it?

Don’t be conned, drugs are bad and the government wants you to take them. They don’t want you to be successful and smart. Tell them to stuff their drugs and be yourself.

That probably seems bizarre to people who have not been initiated into the workings of government. Did you know that opium production in Afghanistan is higher now than before the 2001 invasion?

And where does counter-culture come from? And how do so many big corporations profit from it? Because they basically control both sides. In the 1960s, drugs and “free love” (promiscuity) were introduced into the mainstream for a reason. The controlled music industry played a massive part in the situation we see today, where just over half of the babies born are to unmarried women and where divorce rates are off the radar screen.

The family was the target and the “counter-culture” – those hippies and peaceniks – were used as tools to basically jeopardise the stability and happiness of their own children and grandchildren for political reasons. And not their political objectives.

As Lenin said, “Destroy the family, you destroy the country.”

He also said, “Our program necessarily includes the propaganda of atheism.”

He knew that churches, like the family, had to be destroyed in order for the government to have total control. For the same reason, the family has been savagely attacked in the West and atheism is promoted at the same time as our Judeo-Christian traditions are being dismantled and our morals ridiculed for being “out-dated” or “discriminatory”.

The major piece of “counter-culture” that is feminism was manufactured, with CIA involvement, to fool women into believing that they could enjoy fun and power “having control over their own fertility”. Thanks to the usual culprits of government, the media and state education, feminist “values” have become more-or-less mainstream and have added to the problems we face as a society – by design. For many, the definition of abortion has changed from killing one’s unborn child to a woman’s right to control her own body. The rights of the husband, and particularly the human being getting wiped from the pages of history, are non-existent according to feminism.

One of the triumphs of the social re-engineers’ “rights” programme has been to make George Orwell’s “all animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others” become reality.

Gay Rights probably really kicked off in the USA with the Stonewall riots in 1969, at the Stonewall Inn, in the Greenwich Village neighbourhood of New York. And this “blueprint” by homosexuals published in the 1980s, “The Overhauling Of Straight America,” was an agenda to infiltrate the media to portray homosexuals as harmless and denormalised, while painting those who disagreed with same-sex liaisons – i.e. the vast majority at the time – as bigots. They advocated the use of well known and effective propaganda techniques to “persuade” the masses to accept homosexual behaviour as normal and even to defend it. You can see how much of the programme has now been carried out and objectives achieved. It is well worth a read.

So, where are we now with music (or what is promoted as such)?

Well, we have this rapper clown Wiz Khalifa offering prizes on Facebook of roll-up papers for kids to make joints out of. He has over ten million “likes” which is very scary.

I think that what we witness is the music industry increasingly turning out a product which is designed to dumb down (via language and drug use) and sexualise (via language, body language and dress – or lack of), as well as encourage children to consider their parents to be out of touch, and like in the Soviet Union, the music industry’s program necessarily includes the propaganda of atheism, so blasphemy becomes ‘cool’ because the rapper and hip hop artist say there ain’t no God.

I wouldn’t be surprised if “counter-culture” is more heavily controlled than the mainstream. How ironic is that? What the music industry certainly aims for is to have the people exactly where they want us at any given time.

I received an email yesterday asking if I can supply a quantity of custom printed flags to promote a certain death metal band. They were a new one on me (not that I know of many), so I did a bit of research. It turns out they are part of the “God Is Dead – To Hell With God” tour which starts next week in North America.

The tour has been organised by the band Deicide, who are apparently one of the founders of this lovely genre.

With a relentlessly brutal sound and uncompromisingly blasphemous lyrics, Deicide helped set the standards (sic) for Death Metal well over a decade ago and have maintained those standards ever since.

In 1992, Deicide followed up their debut with “Legion”. “Legion” was an instant success, further establishing Deicide’s furious musical intensity and vengeful anti-Christian stance, and securing Deicide’s place at the forefront of the American Death Metal scene.

Meanwhile, Deicide was rapidly earning a reputation for controversy. The band’s appearance and live antics matched the extremity of its music and lyrics. With an inverted cross branded into his forehead, Benton cast himself as the incarnation of pure evil. At shows, he was known to pull such stunts as dousing the crowds with bags full of real animal organs. Deicide quickly found themselves banned from clubs, boycotted by magazines, and blacklisted by Christian groups and animal-rights activists. Anti-establishment to the core, Deicide embodied the worst fears of the conservative masses, and loved it. Rather than shy away from controversy, Deicide provoked it and willingly engaged in it.

I remember seeing a programme years ago (the early 80s, I would think) where Pastor Jack Glass went to talk to young people who were standing in a queue waiting to get into the SECC (I think) in Glasgow to hear a Satanic band. I was hoping it had been posted online, but I haven’t been able to find it, but I’ll never forget how demon-possessed some of the youngsters appeared. They were absolutely raging at having the Gospel delivered to them. If you can imagine a group of Muslim protestors going off their heads, raging with hatred for Israel or Danish cartoonists, then you have the picture.

Deicide’s next studio album came in 1995 in the form of “Once Upon The Cross”. As if to prove they had no intention of settling down, the band proposed an image of a disemboweled Christ for the album cover. This cover was ultimately censored but not before garnering massive publicity.

In 1997, Deicide released “Serpents of the Light”, followed by a live album, “When Satan Lives”, in 1998. Throughout the 90’s, Deicide progressively honed their vicious musical attack, reaching new levels of brutality and precision.

Deicide soldiered on, never once quitting or reforming, using adversity to fuel their misanthropic, creative fire. Deicide defined and redefined the rebellious spirit of Death Metal, and joined that very small and elite group of metal acts to sell over a million records in the process.

This is where I have to cringe on behalf of fans of these rebellious and anti-establishment bands. They are not either. Not really. Not these days. The Church of England was once part of the Establishment. Now it seems to be as loathed by the political classes as Christianity is to the death metal hordes. That part of the First Amendment to the US Constitution which is commonly known as the separation of church and state has been so taken out of context that self-defined “atheists” have tried to ban displays of the Ten Commandments from courthouses and schools.

The Ten Commandments were removed from a historical exhibit at the Grayson County Kentucky Courthouse because the American Civil Liberties Union and two residents of the county filed a lawsuit seeking to have them removed.

This is interesting from an Orwellian point of view. This is one way to rewrite history – make out that the Ten Commandments is unconstitutional and therefore un-American and so people will start to believe that a Judeo-Christian worldview was never a part of America’s history and success and has no right being now and in the future.

The Commandments have gone back on display because a federal appeals court ruled that there’s no evidence the county planned a religious display.

Last month the Giles County school board in Virginia unanimously decided to rehang copies of the Ten Commandments at each of the county’s schools following an outpouring of community support.

The religious texts were removed during December following a letter from the Freedom from Religion Foundation. An attorney for the foundation asked Dec. 8 for the district to remove the texts. Superintendent Terry Arbogast II said in a Dec. 17 reply that the district would comply.

But at today’s school board meeting, hundreds of parents showed up to express their displeasure.

Eric Gentry, chairman of the county’s board of supervisors, said the county would support the school board in court.

Arbogast said he removed the 4-by-3-foot frames, which were hanging in the county’s five schools plus the technology center beside a copy of the U.S. Constitution, after consulting with the county attorney.

“It wasn’t a decision we took lightly,” Arbogast said this afternoon. “It wasn’t a decision based on our personal beliefs.”

No, it was a decision based on not understanding your own Constitution, and being afraid of “offending” the Secularists.

We see the same kind of thing happening in the UK, naturally, only here the agenda is even more obvious, as minority beliefs get favoured status and the faith which grounds our society is told to go to Hell.

Back to Deicide:

Following the immense popularity of their recorded material, Deicide picked up their instruments and were launched into a frenzy of global touring and exploitation, playing shows alongside the likes of Clutch in North America. However, these dates were short-lived as the band pulled out of the last few dates of the schedule and began their own headlining tour in September with Goatwhore, Cattle Decapitation and Jungle Riot.

Originally founded in 1996, Cattle Decapitation’s songs protest the mistreatment and consumption of animals as well as the abuse of the environment. Lyrics may also focus on subjects such as misanthropy and genocide of the human race. Much of their music is based on putting humans in the situations that animals are subjected to (animal testing, slaughter, etc). All current members of the group are vegetarians, except for Dave McGraw.

If this band’s plane ever makes a crash landing in the Andes, you know it will be Dave who gets eaten first. Faced with starvation, the others will soon abandon their vegetarianism and feast on the lesser being among them. He who contributed to that mistreatment and consumption of animals will pay with his life. But that’s the message of modern environmentalism: humans are second rate compared to the planet and all animal and plant life. It is not surprising that even this insane part of the controlled music industry is preaching the Green gospel.

Cattle Decapitation is apparently considered part of the deathgrind genre. Here is a list of notable deathgrind bands (warning: very unpleasant – and I don’t recommend searching Google Images for deathgrind as the results are sick beyond belief).

Cattle Decapitation is one of the more pleasant-sounding names! Others, not so nice, include Aborted, Circle of Dead Children, Defecation, Dying Fetus, Gore Beyond Necropsy, Hate Eternal, Napalm Death and Prostitute Disfigurement.

It may be difficult sometimes to distinguish between mental illness and evil. What does this obsession with Satan, violence, blood, dead children and general hatred of mankind mean? Is it merely a crude marketing gimmick to extract the pocket-money from teenagers who want to be revolutionary, but lack direction?

If not that, then this level of obsession would appear to be caused by mental illness.

But I think there is much more to it than that. Christ cast out demons from people who appeared to be mentally ill, and after the demons had left the person, he was made whole again. Those young people in the queue in Glasgow – were they mentally ill to react in such au unreasonable way? I think the demons in them made them so uncomfortable with the Gospel that they went mental.

Same with those Muslims going berserk.

Of course, this is no longer a mainstream belief. These band members are Satanists. Not atheists. We’re not talking Hallowe’en here. Even if the band members are mainly doing it for the money and the thrill, some of the poor saps who fall for this stuff take it very seriously. It is their religion.

And Big Pharma can’t make money out of exorcisms, but they make billions out of allegedly treating “mental illness,” while often ignoring the root cause.

However, being in the spotlight for their phenomenal musical appearances didn’t last for long, as the band were surrounded by controversy throughout the world due to the effect of the deeply satanic content of their songs. At an infamous concert in Chile, local Church officials attempted to withhold the band’s appearance, however this was to no avail. At a second concert in Chile later on in the year they were finally condemned and their raucous show was cancelled due to the images used on promotion posters. The wrath of the local Church had been viciously stirred by local promoters who erected Deicide posters that portrayed the image of Jesus with a bullet hole in his forehead, drawing attention to Benton’s own branding of an upside down cross in the center of his forehead.

My main hero is the Christ. He encourages me to do good things. Fill a soul with demons and you get this:

The controversy appeared endless, with the cancellation of a performance at Hellfest in France after fans vandalized tombstones in Brittany with the Deicide song title ‘When Satan Rules His World’. The connection with death was something that Benton and his band were unable to escape from, with the dark nature of their lyrical content constantly leading them to be blamed for various controversial happenings. The BBC highlighted the perceived threat of death metal music, and the link to Deicide, and Benton in particularly via the 2005 programme ‘Death Metal Murders’. The programme featured an interview with Benton who was labeled as a core influence in the death of young Italian death metal fanatic.

In March 2008 Deicide faced yet more controversy when a magazine revealed a leaked playlist of music that has been used to torture detainees, number one being the band’s ‘F*** Your God’. Steve Asheim was quoted as saying that he was glad they could do their part for the troops and was glad Deicide were able to contribute.

I presume the band’s name Deicide is meant to be a joke. If they think they can kill God, why don’t they just do it instead of being so tediously angry? Christ defeated death and Hell, so disciples of Satan can only ever be angry and sick.

The truth is that Satan was cast out of Heaven and his angels are now prowling the earth gathering souls to share eternal misery with while they still can.

While “civil liberty” and anti-religion groups are trying to get any relic of Christianity removed, their children are exposed to the Satanic religion, and not just via these bands, in many other ways too – this is just one of the most obvious.

God is alive! Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. Christians know it – and so do Satanists.

I don’t often preach the Gospel here much as it is essentially a political blog, but the choice is one or the other. He that is not with me is against me: and he that gathereth not with me scattereth.

It would be foolish to believe the modern ideas about Hell, like it’s one eternal guilt-free, drug-fuelled orgy and Heaven is full of people tapping their fingers on a table out of boredom wishing they were in Hell. Time is running out. Jerusalem is again at the centre of world politics. The spirit of anti-Christ is rife in what was, until recently, known as Christendom. Right has become wrong and evil has become wholesome. Read the signs of the times and repent and call on the Saviour before it’s too late.

Sermon over, but this is one case where I don’t want to say “I told you so,” when it is too late. It will be for many.

Autonomous Mind has identified our major problem: those who represent us (rule over us) are not afraid of us. He quotes from Richard North’s article in the Mail on Sunday,

The political classes are now a gated community. They feel safe. They are not afraid of us.

Riddi of England left this comment:

What none of them will ignore is a “flash crew” visitation to their home addresses and local area offices of the relevant sitting MP.

It is to be the expression of democratic political localism in action as urged by our current regime.

I expect this to become a national pastime quite shortly!

I’m surprised it hasn’t by now. Why haven’t we been holding our representatives to proper account? I don’t think it’s fear. I think it’s apathy.

I have challenged politicians, by email, letter and in person. You get fobbed off. They are actors in a play which has been written for them. I realise this now. Certain agendas will come to pass. We are meant to have no say in the matter. The politicians have no say. When they get “found out” they just reinvent themselves. Ed Miliband says New Labour wasn’t very good and he’s doing things differently, so presumably we can now forget about illicit warmongering, the sale of half our gold at bargain prices, thousands of new laws, and of course, treason.

The Tories have seen the error of their ways and apologised for Section 28. They are now as camp as a row of pink Volkswagen dormobiles. For political reasons and, increasingly, in practice. Why? Because that’s the agenda they have to follow, just like Labour and the LibDems and the SNP.

Selling their soul to the EU is another agenda which just has to be fulfilled by all main parties. As far as I can see, most don’t even get thirty pieces of silver for their treachery. Incredibly, Labour are now complaining that the Tories are prepared to give away too much sovereignty to the EU.

British politics is like a pantomime and the voters are the children sitting in the audience. We booed New Labour for betraying us and now we are booing the Tories for the same thing. In this pantomime, though, there doesn’t seem to be any sign of a hero; no Prince Charming or Robin Hood. The “good guys” were the bad guys before and will be again. It’s a modern democracy in action.

No wonder prime ministers and presidents love talking about democracy so much. They get voted in to betray us. The people are enslaved by their own naivety. They don’t need guns pointed at them to comply as they believe themselves to be free.

Too many people still believe in the “science” put out for political reasons. People argue with me about Creation vs evolution science. Most concentrate on issues like why am I a Creationist rather than whether the actual science backs one or the other. I think, though, that people are waking up to the fact that we are being fed incredible lies to fool us into becoming even more controlled.

What do you like seeing in a museum? I like looking at all sorts of things. From the vast amount of stuffed animals in the Natural History Museum, to artefacts from ancient civilisations, to old phones and toys. The Digital Glebe likes the Me163 Third Reich rocket plane in the Science Museum, but he hates the touch screen eco-propaganda of their new climate-change exhibition which neither inspires nor educates.

Neither is important anymore. I’m afraid we are in a similar situation to 17th Century Italy (or what is now Italy) when Galileo Galilei spent the final years of his life under house arrest because the science he believed to be right was not acceptable to the rulers of the time.

Leg-iron and Frank Davis are two of several bloggers who expose the false science of the antismokers.

Dr Leg-iron, a scientist himself, has spotted a ridiculous Israeli “study” on the “dangers” of third hand smoke. He writes,

Not only is it another attempt to impose controls, it contains no valid science of any kind whatsoever. If they still taught proper science in schools, a 14-year-old could rip it apart.

Frank knows that when it comes to antismoking studies, the conclusions are drawn first, and then the “post-normal” research is carried out second, rather than the other way round, as in old-fashioned “normal” science. But now it’s official.

an anti-smoking research group in California has admitted, in its grant application summary itself, that the purpose of the research is to generate data that will support a pre-determined conclusion that thirdhand smoke is toxic to exposed nonsmokers in order to promote smoking bans in private homes….

the researchers stated that their proposed work “will be a critical step in a timely assessment of whether the THS exposure is genetically harmful to exposed nonsmokers, and the ensuing data will serve as the experimental evidence for framing and enforcing policies prohibiting smoking in homes, hotels, and cars in California and elsewhere in order to protect vulnerable people,”

Science has been deeply compromised in the late 20th and early 21st Centuries, yet humanists and secularists put their trust in this “science” like it is their god who must not be questioned.

Anyway, I only intended to put up a couple of links and these two Joan Baez songs. In 1999 I inherited a boxful of 45s and one of them was The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down which I was reminded of on Facebook last night, so I fancied posting it here.

My dad passed away ten years ago, and I got his LPs. The Joan Baez album has this traditional ballad, Geordie. This YouTuber has kindly added pictures to match the lyrics.

These two songs are also from Night Owl. Thank you for the music, Gerry…

At long last, here is another selection of entertainment. The first video is Down Under by Men At Work. This is now nearly thirty years old, incredibly. As a Jethro Tull fan, maybe I just like anything with a flute in it.

Here’s another classic from three decade ago. It still brought me joy watching it again. (I should have put this video last, then I could have said: And finally Cyril…)

I have only recently begun appreciating the music of Glasgow-born Al Stewart. This was the only copy of Electric Los Angeles Sunset I could find on YouTube. No video, so just enjoy the song.

And finally, Cyril…. here are some highlights from one of my favourite shows, Sledge Hammer.

Thanks to the wonder that is Twitter, Gary’s mum Janis Sharp tells me that Graham Nash gave her permission to change the lyrics to appeal to Obama. She says that Chicago was about Graham Nash appealing to Stephen Stills and Dave Crosby to join him in protest against the unjust trial of Chicago 8 protestors.

Tonight is Burn’s Night. I won’t be participating in the drinking, but some haggis is bound to be ingested.

Scots Wha Hae is Bruce’s call to his men before the start of the Battle of Bannockburn in 1314, but it is just as relevant today. Just replace ‘Scots’ with ‘Brits’ and sing about our traitorous government in cahoots with the EU. I think even Burns would approve of that.

Set to the tune “Hey Tuttie Tatie” an age old marching tune from medieval times.

Scots, wha hae wi’ Wallace bled,
Scots, wham Bruce has aften led,
Welcome to your gory bed
Or to victorie!

Now’s the day, and now’s the hour:
See the front o’ battle lour,
See approach proud Edward’s power -
Chains and slaverie!

Wha will be a traitor knave?
Wha will fill a coward’s grave?
Wha sae base as be a slave? -
Let him turn, and flee!

Wha for Scotland’s King and Law
Freedom’s sword will strongly draw,
Freeman stand or freeman fa’,
Let him follow me!

By oppression’s woes and pains,
By your sons in servile chains,
We will drain our dearest veins
But they shall be free!

Lay the proud usurpers low!
Tyrants fall in every foe!
Liberty’s in every blow!
Let us do or dee!
